Change is never easy, especially when it comes to your work environment. Lending leader Fannie Mae wisely wanted to understand how employees would handle it.
Applying audience research, Montage developed an employee engagement strategy to help align personnel with new corporate policy. The organizational change, designed to foster creativity and collaboration, inspired a series of seasonal events for employees. Interactive, entertaining and timely, the events introduced Fannie Mae employees to a new way of working.
Complemented by internal communications, nearly 3,000 employees participated in a series of 22 engagements, making organizational change easier for all.
