Montage Marketing Group, LLC has been selected to design and implement the attendee welcome experience for Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s 15th Anniversary Gala and Rising Leaders Conference. The gala and conference, to be held at the Grand Hyatt in New York City on Thursday, July 27 and Friday, July 28, respectively, will welcome more than 2,000 supporters, partners, Rising Leaders, and fellows of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
Montage will employ its experiential marketing expertise to create an inviting, immersive and effortless welcome experience for all attendees. Its creative team will support the strategic design and development of each participant’s welcome journey – from arrival to check in and beyond. All elements will celebrate Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s mission to equip and embolden high-achieving women and men from underrepresented communities to realize their full potential.

Management Leadership for Tomorrow last hosted its gala and conference in 2014. Having previously welcomed more than 2,000 participants and notable guests including John Rice, John Legend, Gayle King and Indra Nooyi, the 15th Anniversary Gala and Rising Leaders Conference is anticipated to be equally powerful and well-attended. Central to both events will be the promotion of two landmark goals. By 2025, MLT aims to have 1,000 Rising Leaders serving in senior positions within business and social sectors, and 10,000 more Rising Leaders thriving at various stages of their careers.
