Montage Acquires Multiuse Warehouse To Expand Operations And Logistics Capabilities

We’re expanding! Montage is delighted to announce that we have obtained a multiuse warehouse in Montgomery County, Maryland. Situated in Rockville, the warehouse and office becomes Montage’s third DC-area location. The promising space will enable more streamlined operations, improve management of inventory, and provide a venue for events and presentations.

The acquisition concludes a near year-long search and represents a new stage of growth for Montage. The warehouse offers ample temperature-controlled square footage to store high-value assets, including two newly purchase vehicle fleets, stage inventory for quicker turnaround, conduct training, and so much more. Once renovated, it may also be used as a showroom to demonstrate capabilities, a gallery for creative installations, and a collaboration hub for Montage and its clients and partners.

Jon Finer, Director of Experiential Operations at Montage, was instrumental in securing the new space. “We look forward to settling into the new digs, meeting our neighbors, and exploring creative ways to utilize the warehouse,” Finer says. With a printer and mechanic in the neighborhood, Montage is in great company.

Founder and CEO, Mercedita Roxas-Murray, along with Finer and Montage’s Creative and Operations teams, are leading the charge to renovate the building under the expert guidance of East Coast Builders. “Doug has worked with us before so his experience with our brand values and quality standards puts us a few steps ahead,” Roxas-Murray says of her previous experience with Doug and his team. “He’s someone we trust with an investment of this magnitude.”

A little head start can make a huge difference as the first event in the new space is just weeks away. Montage will host a weeklong training for its field team who operate and manage the All of Us Journey mobile tour in support of the NIH’s All of Us Research Program. Hosting this event in the warehouse will be one of many exciting firsts.

Montage was particularly glad to find a space in Montgomery County. “Montgomery County is our home,” notes Roxas-Murray. “Establishing our operations hub here represents and deepens our commitment to local clients and helps us continue making the county an ideal place to work and live.”

Montage is excited for the potential the warehouse holds to provide clients with highest quality, most efficient solutions. Stay tuned for progress photos and more information about what’s next.
