When Jennifer Watson got the chance to join a company (Montage) that values diversity and inclusion, where ideas are welcome from everyone, and it’s possible to do good work that really matters, the Queens, New York, native simply said, “Yes, please!”
Jennifer stepped into the role of staff accountant and happily tackled all the highly detail-oriented, analytical, critical tasks that entails. She relies on her natural resilience, positivity, and desire to make her family proud. Morning and afternoon snacks help, too.
When she’s off the clock, Jennifer enjoys reading, baking, and cooking. She is one of those people who has maintained friendships from middle school, which no doubt takes some time. The rest goes to being a huge Beyoncé fan.
