A transplant from Iowa to the East Coast, Kristin MenMuir is all about growth. She was inspired by the purpose-driven mission of Montage to join the company, where she supports employee engagement goals; diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives; client workforce analysis and planning; and change management strategies.
Kristin applies her innate curiosity and tireless optimism to her passionate pursuit of ensuring supportive, healthy, and engaging workplaces. Because when employees feel valued and everyone is aligned on clearly defined goals, we can do work that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
When she’s not at work, Kristin is still working on her own development. She devours books, articles, and podcasts about leadership, organizational health, employee engagement—the usual escapist fare. No doubt it’s that kind of focus and passion that powered her across Iowa on her bike four times, and made her an accomplished downhill ski racer.
