Montage evaluated CRMSDC’s needs and selected the Fairs platform for the Super Matchmaker Conference. We then guided CRMSDC in developing the virtual environment to create an experience where attendees felt like they were at an in-person event rather than their computers.
In advance of the virtual conference, Montage conducted outreach to attendees to help them make the most of the conference’s networking opportunities with corporations and government agencies. This kept the matchmaking groups to an effective and manageable size, minimized confusion during the event, and allowed the corporations to prepare for their specific attendees.
- Montage successfully planned and executed the virtual conference for nearly 150 attendees.
- More than 650 visits were made to virtual booths hosted by organizations such as Dominion Energy, Northrup Grumman, AT&T, Baltimore Gas & Electric, US Army Materiel Command, and others.
